Peroni Gran Riserva is brewed from the finest variety hop, known as Saaz and premium quality spring barley malt called Prisma. Once the harvest is sent to the malt factories there is a further selection process where only the best parts of the harvest are selected. Fermentation takes place for eight weeks at a low temperature and prolonged laagering in the cellar ensures a balanced and mature flavour. This case contains 12 500mL bottles.
