Mr. Hugh Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2019
The wine is the product of hand-picked fruit from the beautiful Blue Range Estate Vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula and fermented in a small open stainless steel pot before maturation in French oak for just over 1 year. The colour is lovely, translucent, red and boasts a purple hue. The nose is brimming with dark cherry, rose petal and cinnamon and the palate is one of great depth of fruit character with a velvety mouthfeel and finish.
