Surrounded by native forests, the soil, water and air are unspoiled by industrial or agricultural pollutants in any way. The 1-hectare of Pinot Noir vines are compost grown, hand tended and hand picked. This, together with crisp nights and a long ripening season, has resulted in an elegant and euphoric wine with intense red berry, plum and suggestions of truffle and forest floor; a clean, aromatic and luscious wine.
